Read the fine print before purchasing. The MA-8212P for Samsung A840 software was only applicable on Sprint's network (I'm on Telus). It was not compatible with the software running on my cell phone therefore I could never get the MA-8212P for Samsung A840 driver to sync with my phone.
A1 Accessories customer service was very professional and support was good while troubleshooting. I was able to return the product for a full refund, minis shipping costs.
