Got the Phillips 37PF7320A in 2006. Never that impressed with the picture to begin with.
Than one day, just wouldn't turn on. No picture, no sound, no nothing.
The power light indicator comes one, followed by a pattern or red flashing lights (1-4)that repeats itself. Of course, the manufacture's warranty was expired. So paid the $100 to have a repair technician come look at it, and was told that the SA board needed to be replaced...a $900 part. So dissapointed, and will not be buying a Phillips TV ever again.

Around June 2007, I bought a Philips 37 LCD TV, The quality is just so, After less than 5 month, the TV is dead. There is no picture.
I have bought so many TVs in the past 20 years. This is one with the shorted life.

the sad truth about a nice tv.......2007-10-07
I purchased the Philips 37" LCD HDTV with Ambilight in 7/06 it was not heavily used or abused. Well here we are in October '07 and the monitor will not even turn on, no warning of impending doom, just stopped working. The green indicator goes on for a few moments then turns into a repeating cycle of 6 red flashes of the indicator. sticker problem still there.......2007-09-02
the tv has great picture, sound, and looks.... yes the sticker gave me some problems, but goo gone takes care of that and a little bit of windex on a lint free cloth takes care of the residue on the screen.... also if you have a philips surround sound sometimes when I try to turn the surround sound on or off the remote controls the tv power instead.... just a minor inconvenience every now and then... overall the tv is excellent, no major drawbacks...

I just purchased one and the problems mentioned before about the labels have been taken care of. Perfect picture and a very good price, could not be happier with my purchase.
