Buyer beware!.......2007-12-20
I bought a Westinghouse 32W3 HD TV in 2006. One week after the warranty ran out (53 weeks later), the colormap for the display began to malfunction and shimmering colors were displayed on the screen. After determining that the problem was the TV and not the cable, and could not be fixed, I was instructed to send the TV back to Westinghouse for a new one. Two months later and I am still waiting. Once (if) it arrives, I will have a 3-month warranty, hopefully enough time to sell the unit and buy another TV from a company that believes in customer service. Never again!
I'm on my third broken TV, can I have my money back?.......2007-12-19
I bought one of these in March 2007, and it worked great for a few months. Then it started having problems. At random times and for no apparent reason, the image would turn into a blur of vertical lines. This would last for a few minutes, then go back to normal. Other times, the screen would capture a still image and keep displaying a shadow of it on top of what was playing. Sooo, I called Westinghouse, got an RMA, and paid to ship it back for warranty. This was in September.
Three weeks later, my replacement TV arrived at my door. This one was "factory refurbished" and it worked great for about 3 days. At least this one had a totally different problem, though. This one would take areas that were supposed to be black and turn them different shades of red. My DVD player's screen saver (colored logo bouncing around a black screen) flickered between black and burgundy, with the logo leaving a different colored trail where it had been. Sooo, I called Westinghouse, got ANOTHER RMA, and shipped it back. This time they paid for shipping. How nice.
Five weeks later, which was a week ago today, my second replacement TV arrived, again "factory refurbished." It worked great until Saturday night, when I wanted to watch a movie with my wife. It had the same problem as the first one, randomly turning my screen into a vertical blur. I just got off the phone with Westinghouse again. I am expecting a call-back from a supervisor about getting another RMA, except this time, I don't want another TV. I want my money back!
Great price for a disposable TV.......2007-12-15
I loved my TV and the deal I got for exactly 1 year. Then it began to flicker until it warmed up. Then it REALLY began to flicker until it took longer to warm up. THEN, 15 months into my experience it began moving slow...like tracers.....as if what was happening on TV was in slow motion and staying on the screen after the fact. That never goes away. So, I paid $50 per month to own a disposable TV with a 14 month life span. Now I am upgrading...and not to another Westinghouse. I am going to buy a 3 year policy too and see how that works out.
Worst TV I have ever owned.......2007-11-14
I purchased this TV in August 2006. About three weeks after the 1 year factory warranty ran out, the screen started looking really fuzzy and had shades of bright greens and reds on it, mostly around people's faces. At first, it would clear up after about ten minutes or so, but now it looks like this almost all of the time. I went back to the store where I bought it at (REX TV), and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Next, I called Westinghouse support,and was told the same thing,and that they only service TV's still under warranty. So, I have $900 invested in a TV that is barely over a year old, and I'm lucky if I can watch it ten minutes before the screen turns green and red and fuzzy. I will never purchase anything with the Westinghouse name on it again.

I received this model as a Xmas gift in December '06. It ran great until August of '07. The image became blurred from tracking problems. It initially happened after an hour of play. I've had to return it to HH Gregg for repairs which they've stated the manufacturers warranty will be honored.
Still waiting for the repairs to be completed. Don't buy this model.

Not bad...look good and work great! They are a great addition to the patio. You will need underground wire nuts. I think that this should have been included. Other than that they are great.

I already own two of these speakers that I purchased at a home improvement store. I wanted an additional pair but they no longer sold them, so I looked for them at Amazon. They arrived within a few days after ordering them, and they were much less expensive than what I had paid for my original pair. Now my entire patio has evenly distributed music. I am actually returning this product today. In order to keep them I would have to purchase a new receiver due to the speaker wires not having any caps/plugs on them. The short wires are bare and not useable unless you have a certain type of receiver.
Un-happy w/ the instructions, not informative enough. We would not have purchased if we knew they had bare wires.

I ordered the outdoor speakers for my husband for his birthday and are very happy with the sound they put out and also with the look of them. We put them in my rock garden and they blend right in nicely. They were well worth the money.
