I originally encountered these headphones at my brother-in-law's home and was very impressed with the quality of sound and comfort of these headphones. I love using them to listen to tunes on my iPod and while playing video games on my laptop. I would recommend these headphones to anybody who is looking for great sound, bass, and comfort.

it doesn't really matter what you're listening to these head phones are the best things for the job, if you like crazy loud music they can handle it, if you like bass then they are for you, if you like clear un-distorted sound quallity then they are perfect, i've listened to almost everything with these. the biggest suprise was how much they added to listening to jazz, new or old recordings, upright or electric bass, this is the nearest thing to an authentic band playing in front of you as you'll get.

these are the best headphones ever i listen to every thing on them you just have to set the equilizer on you cd/mp3 player and only turn the bass amp about 1/2 - 3/4 the way up i think the people giving the bad reviews are listining to poor bit rate songs and turning the bass all the wayy up to compensate (witch distorts the sound)
they have a ton of bass almost conpleatly noise cansling and are very confterable.

i bought some skullcandy lowriders and returned them for these about twice the price but way worth it! HUGE BASS! awsome head phones and there pretty much noise cancelling (there not but i cant hear a thing with them on). they fit nice and tight very conftorble to wear wont fall off amazing sound quality!
only bad thing there alittle small perfect tight fit for most people but if u have a large head or want them over a hat there probably too small

I was under the impression that these headphones would beat. They don't. Dependent on the song, the headphones might vibrate a little, but not for the majority of my audio. Even plugged into my computer outputs and jacked up a few levels, the bass just becomes distorted. I am forced to listen to headphones that I can't play as loud as I want, with blatant disregard to the future of my hearing. They are also very bulky, as they protrude from the side of my head, they make me feel like I'm preparing to launch a spaceship for NASA or something. There is also a battery holster on the headphone line that is bigger than my mp3 player, that doesn't make any sense. To wrap things up, if you are interested in a gimmicky, bulky, and audibly retarded pair of headphones, click away.

These are the coolest headphones I have ever used. They truely shake you entire head adding an amazing effect I have never felt while listening to music with or without headphones. They are especially effective with electronic music, sometimes tweaking the EQ is needed. They make me want to listen to my entire collection all over to hear how cool every things sounds with these. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the construction is very plasticy though they look great and for the price I'm not complaining just would be nice if they were a bit sturdier.

I've been reading the reviews on these and I've done my homework. The sound quality is pretty decent. Nothing unreal, but they sure do really kick some deep bass.
I would say they are worth the money.
Skullcrushers Do Exactly That.......2007-01-04
The sound from these headphones is a blast, both figuratively and literally. They aren't noise canceling - they are noise crushing. They're very effective at keeping you from hearing annoying outside sounds - like the phone ringing in your own cubicle...
Only issue I have with them is that they aren't really adjustable except for height, and they press too hard on my ears for me to wear them very long. Which is probably a good thing, from a hearing retention standpoint. All in all I consider my money well spent.

These headphones rock hard core! The bass is fantastic. I can't believe how good these headphones are. The subwoofer effect is way cool. The subwoofer effect will vibrate your ears off! These headphones pump the music directly into your skull. These headphones block out a lot of background sound too! The headphones came with a cool carrying case, a airplane adapter, a skullcandy sticker, a skullcandy stencil, and a stereo adapter. These headphones are really comfy. They are a must have!
