This was a very easy drive to install. If I can do it, anyone can. It is easy to use, as being reasonable in price. It comes with Nero software, which is also quite simple to use. I would recommend this to any and all.

This product is what I was looking for - it can record and play CD's and it can play DVD's - except IT CAN NOT RECORD DVD's - I am using the product - I have another DVD recorder

I have never installed a disk drive before. I bought this to replace my worn out CDRW drive. Buzzed right through the install (once I figured out exactly what I was doing). It's been 3 weeks since I installed it. Seems to be working fine. Very pleased.
**** The Intel graphics card on this hard drive is not updated. I have downloaded the update several times but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Causes occational screen freezing that can be really annoying.
