A nice alternate backup for files.......2007-08-25
I've had this Lexar JumpDrive for over one year now, and it's never failed to live up to my expectations. Granted, drives are much larger now, but this thing has traveled with me and backed up sensitive CAD files, important documents, and has never failed to work.
Just plug this into a USB or USB 2 port, and drag / drop files into the drive. I've had two hard drive meltdowns recently, and this little gem has saved the day more than once.
Highly recommend this to anyone who needs to move files quickly from desktop to laptop or whatever. This has proven to be bulletproof so far. Am impressed with the quality of the product.

I've had this jumpdrive for a few years. I bought it because I keep my drives on my keychain, and I've had quite a few that have broken off in the past. This drive appeared to be more secure, and three years of frequent use show that it was indeed. I haven't had any problems with the rubber casing that attaches the drive to the keychain.
However, a couple months ago the metal part that you plug into the computer became sort of loose. The other day the part separated from the drive althogether. So, I lost some data, but luckily most things were backed up. Despite the breakage, I decided to give the drive 4 stars because it provided me with three years of worry-free USB drive use, which is more than I can say for any other drive I've had. I'll probably buy another Lexar product to replace my current drive, if not this very one.
I would also like to add that I've used this drive interchangebly with my Macintosh at home and my PC at work with no difficulties.

Love this jump drive. Someone got it for me so I didn't splurge on it; it's only 1Gb but it works very well, the casing is nice, very fast read and write, no problems whatsoever - highly recommend...going for the 8Gb soon.

While I have had the Lexar JumpDrive for les than two months, I did want to share my intial experiences:
- The device seems to work well on both my PC (Windows XP Pro) and my iMac (10.4.8).
- At work, I had to disable/rename part of the network, because the device was seeking drive F:, and that was already taken.
- Most notably, my daughter sent the device through the washer and dryer...and it flash drive still works.
I have read the mixed reviews for this company (seems common for almost all flash drive producers), but at this time, I would buy another product from them.

The assembly is UL Listed for use with back box Model ULDX104 required-order separately. Coaxial 4 driver Model 4A30 30W is one of Lowells A-Series of loudspeakers. The A-Series represents a deliberate move up in sound quality and performance over standard commercial coaxial drivers. It is engineered to meet the demand for very high quality paging and background music reproduction. Model 4A30 provides smooth audio quality with 150o dispersion for use in upscale hotel lobbies, department stores, airports and transportation venues where clear, intelligible communication with accurate reproduction are key factors in creating a positive listening experience. The 4A30 achieves excellent voice and music reproduction over a large coverage area. The 4 driver features a 10oz. magnet coupled with a 1-inch copper voice coil driving a polypropylene cone with half-roll rubber surround for long cone travel and good edge damping. The post-mounted liquid- cooled tweeter is a 1-inch diameter balanced drive dome with a first order high-pass filter. Frequency response is 80Hz-20kHz6dB with a crossover at 5kHz.
