The MD20H63 has a 20-inch (measured diagonally) FST PURE flat picture tube. The appeal of flat-screens over traditional curved-screen tubes is improved viewing angles and reduced glare from ambient light. Its standard-definition picture is capable of 480 interlaced lines of resolution. A built-in comb filter reduces digital artifacts produced by signal noise, making for more detailed images.

Full-Featured DVD Player
The MD20H63 includes an integrated DVD player compatible with several disc formats: DVD Video, CD-R, CD-RW, VCD and DVD-R. An interesting feature of this player is Digital Picture Zoom, which allows you to select and magnify an area of either freeze-frame or motion video.

Connections
The set has a built-in digital television tuner, so out of the box it can receive digital broadcast ATSC signals and QAM signals used by most digital cable providers. It also has a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner, so it can also accept traditional analog signals. Other connections are:

If you don't care about a fancy TV, this is the one to buy. The SDTV picture quality is outstanding. I'm wondering about the Consumer Alert, since this TV does receive over-the-air digital broadcasts.

Not sure what I was expecting, but this seems to keep the TV a great distance from the wall. The price was right and installation is relatively painless. Would look for more compact titlt and swivle mounts out there if were to do it over again, but if they all are about the same size, I would buy this again.
