I am happy with this headset - the only problem I've encountered is the fact that they are not adjustable to different head sizes. If you have a fairly small head they are very loose fitting.

the sound quality is fine, everyone's told me that they hear me clearly. I love being able to adjust the volume on the cord. The headphones get a little uncomfortable after about 4 hours though

I use this for VOIP professionally, and it works fine. It's not perfect, but it's the best cost/performance value I've found less than $50.
Broken ear piece.......2006-11-23
Sound and mic quality was excellent. The behind the ear style may not be for everyone, I found it a little bit uncomfortable on the ears, but the other style has drawbacks too.
The only thing that really annoyed me is the joint between the earpiece and band broke within a couple weeks of purchase. I bit of electrical tape fixed it and it is probably still under warranty, but I would expect better from Sennheiser.
Comparing to AKG K55 and Plantronics DSP-500.......2006-09-29
I compare this to AKG K55. The PC140 is with very nice sweet high, but not as full as the K55 in the mid the bass. The sound of PC140 is clean but very relax. This is the Sennheiser sound. Some other brand like Plantronics (DSP-500) is with clean but strained sound, which are good for Jazz or game but not good for classic or vocal.
Sensitivity of the PC140 is low. I guess we need a good sound card to drive it. The on/off switch does not work from the time I open the brand new box. I guess the QC of this company is not that strict.

Panasonic must recall this projector.......2007-12-21
My PT-AX100U's iris broke after 10 months of use. 8 months after the iris was replaced, the new iris broke again. Since so many people reported this problem, Panasonic must recall this projector.
AVOID - nearly all models defective.......2007-10-15
Some of the reviewers below, after having rated this projector 5 stars, have re-written their reviews, but Amazon won't let them change the star rating. So read the reviews, not just the star ratings.
For the record, the image on this projector is great. But you are almost guaranteed to end up with two problems after a few hundred hours of use. These problems are well-documented on the internet, and you should browse online forums to see just how ubiquitous these issues are.
The biggest problem is the defective iris. Usually starting between 400-700 hrs of use, the projector will turn itself off after a few minutes of use. After waiting a few more minutes, you can restart the projector and it will work, but after the next 20 or so hours of use, the projector will keep powering itself down and will not stay on. You will have to send it in to Panasonic.
The second problem is the color uniformity issue. On most models, you will start to see blue or red streaks across the edges of the screen. This is most noticeable during the white test screen, but if you watch black & white movies, as I do, you will not be able to avoid seeing the discoloration. When you're forced to send the projector to Panasonic because of the iris issue, they will "fix" the color uniformity problem by changing the test screen from white to blue, so that you can no longer see the blue streaks--when viewing the test screen!
I would be willing to give Panasonic the benefit of the doubt if their customer service wasn't so bad. (I should mention that if you do buy this projector, get a good extended warranty, as the problem may occur after initial warranty runs out, though it happened to me within 4 months of purchasing it). Although this problem is bound to happen with nearly every AX100u that they put out, they will feign ignorance on the phone and try to get out of helping you. They will give you a "case number" and promise to call you back within 48 hours. They will not call you back within 48 hours. You will call them back and they will avoid you. After you threaten to write a negative review on Amazon, they will relucantly allow you to send in your projector, which will cost you 50-100 dollars to ship. You will get your projector back within 7-30 days. Worst of all, it's starting to become clear that after another 400-700 hours of use, the problem will reoccur.
Excellent - But Beware Quality Control With Iris.......2007-10-10
Excellent projector... when working. At 500 hours I had the infamous "IRIS" problem. After 2-3 min the projector would shut down. It is now at Heartland in Kansas for warranty repair. Despite this inconvenience, for the price, the performance is superb.
Like: high light output (can watch during day, windows open using "DYNAMIC" mode), superb picture on 120" screen - almost looks like 1080p to my eyes, flexible placement options with lens shift & lots of zoom, nice remote, quiet, accepts 1080p signal (but displays at 720p), also accepts 1080/24 signal from PS3 for smooth film-like playback.
Dislike: reliability (Iris issue), air filter not too easy to access when projector is ceiling mounted (minor issue)
Excellent Home Cinema Projector.......2007-10-08
All these days DLP projectors are leading the market, now new are is LCD projector. Panasonic have very good LCD projectors. I own Panasonic PTAX100U projector, which is a LCD Projector and it's amazing. This projector offers highest brightness (2000 lumens) and higher contrast ration (6000:1). This projector supports 1080i, 1080P, 720P and all other resolutions.
You have to look the brightness and contrast ratio features of the projector prior to purchase. Higher lumens allows to watch the movie without making the room complete dark.I mean, still you can watch the movie in room light. Higher contrast ratio allows to project darker scenes effectively.
I brought this projector and prior to setup the screen,I projected the image on wall. It's an awesome. I mean, this projector also project the image very well on the wall.The color and resolution are brilliant and excellent.
This projector brings the movie theatre to your home, you will get complete feeling that you are watching the movie at home. I have 150" screen and movie on this screen is just amazing. This projector can project the image upto 200" image.
RELIABILITY / IRIS PROBLEM. BEWARE!!!!.......2007-09-26
STAY AWAY. Great projector until it breaks. After 600-800 hours of lamp life, most users of this product will experience a stuck iris, resulting in the projector turning itself off, forcing you to turn it back on with decreased brightness. Panasonic will not recall the item, so it needs to be sent in for repair under warranty. This is a well documented issue on forums, so do some research. I am waiting on mine to be returned from Heartland (Panasonic's repair site in Kansas). The projector performs beautifully when it works. Terrible reliability.
