Brilliant !.......2007-12-16
I have always had miserable luck with bluetooth headsets, but this changed it all. I live in NYC, use the subways alot and have been using Sony's noise cancelling headsets on my discman...yes this is a big jump. The sound on these are COMPARABLE to the Sony's Im not kidding. Crisp, clear and good base. I paired these to my new HTC tilt phone and its brilliant. I always wanted an all in one, I put off buying an MP3 player for years and now Ive got it all in one small neat package.
The only problem I found with these is you have to refresh the connection every now and then which really isnt a problem at all and I can change the song thru the headsets sometimes, alot of times it dosent work.
But all and all Im very very pleased with my purchase. I would definately recommend these headsets, puts all of the bigger names to shame.
not what I had hoped.......2007-12-12
solid construction poor design of a few items buttons difficult to get the right one without taking the headset off to find the buttons and the charger connector is small and inadequate falls out easily and headset stopped taking a charge after a few uses had to send it back sound quality was excellent and the headset reception was good. Could not recommend for the charger design itself would be nice if this charged via usb
Comfy and functional!.......2007-11-21
I picked these up when they first came out and payed a ton for them. I have never once regretted the decision. Originally I was going to use these with my PPC-6700 when the A2DP hack was released. Unfortunately, stereo Bluetooth on the Apache never panned out, so I mostly used them with the transmitter to wirelessly listen to my iPod (and Zune) and loved it. I work in a noisy environment with a ton of electrical equipment and was constantly astounded by the range I could get out of these things. Of course, YMMV when you pair these with a phone, but the stock transmitter is powerful.
Later, I bought a PPC-6800 (Mogul/Titan) and these pair nicely with the handset and provide full A2DP support with pocket media player. Call quality is poor, but I blame the buggy BT stack on the phone for that. On every other handset I've used it was pretty good.

I wish there was a better Bluetooth headset, one that could be used more seamlessly with my PC as headphones for music plus headset for internet calls and gaming.
But this one is the best I've found, so it will have to do.

These headphones are nice. The sound quality is better than my wired earbuds. They fold up, but not into too small of a package. Wireless stereo is awesome! The controls work. It would be nice if they came with a carrying case. As you have read, the blue light makes me feel self-conscious. I'm thinking of buying some model paint and paint over most of the light so it's not so obnoxious (Customer service told me there was no way to turn it off).
Bluetooth access with my phone works ok with my phone (PCC-6700 from Sprint) only after I downloaded some software out there on the web to enable A2DP on my phone. Given that my phone didn't have A2DP to start with, I'm very happy to get these working at all. Connection is not perfect however. I ALWAYS have to reconnect the first time I turn on my headphones for the stereo capability; however the phone headset functionality works without reconnecting (I just turn on the phones and I'm good to go). Sometimes the volume isn't as loud as I would like. I noticed that if I'm listening to music, then I make a phone call with the headphones attached, then go back to listening to music I get the volume up to what I would consider an acceptable level (loud).
I chalk these oddities up to the immaturity of the bluetooth protocol, not to the headphones.
