Neat, but not exactly fit for G4 iPods.......2007-04-08
Bought this cover from Amazon.com, after confirming that it was supposed to be fit for Gen4 iPods also. I have a 60GB photo-iPod, and this cover is a tad -too-tight over the iPod. It works fine though, but I can see the seams somewhat strained. It would fit perfectly over a Gen5 or Gen5.5 iPod.
Overall though, it is good value for the money, also when you consider that this is leather, and not likely to break-down anytime soon. The belt-clip is another plus. Also, for the price, it is a good purchase.

I've owned this case for about 2 months now, and bought it after replacing a cracked screen. I wanted something that would allow me easy access to the click wheel, dock, headphone jack, and hold switch, but also produce good protection to avoid another crack. So far this case is working wonderfully. The plastic sheet used to view the ipod's screen works perfectly. There are no bubbles and it doesn't attract foreign material. Also the belt clip works just fine.
Pros: fairly low price, easy to access all ipod's features, good protection, good belt clip
Cons: the belt clip makes the ipod bulky making it hard to fit in a pocket.

Good sound - Good Quality - Terrible soft.......2007-09-09
I bought this product because I was looking for a non so expensive equipment with good sound quality and that's exactly what I got, this is a not so powerfull equipment but good enought for my 50 m2 appartment, it provides good sound quality and some additionals features which I liked very much, as the USB memory port.
I did't give it 5 because of the terrible software it comes with. It doesn't even allows you to browse your cd while listening to it at the same time... it's unbelivable... programing a good software for this should not be expensive and I'm sure should be very easy to do... I don't understand why didn't Samsung do it better...
Anyway, sound is good, I listened to a sony alternative in the same price range and I think the Samsung is still little bit better.

I love samsung. They make some of the best products out there.. that said... this item is fair rather then stellar. or maybe I just demand more in a home theater system... the speakers are a bit on the weak side and I just to get the experience I expect.. that said it is a home theater in a box so you get what you pay for.. best bet is too by components individually from companies like pioneer that are in the "sound" business. then by speakers from someone like JBL.. If you have a high def tv especially, and you definatly want a HTIB you'll prob be getting blu ray or hdtv at some point.so you might as well wait and get a reciever that can play all the audio and blu ray too.... in short.. looks great (though the tall boys are smaller then they look, Id call them mid boys ;) ), sounds about average, better off buying components so your truly satisfied,
Great home theater in a box.......2007-08-04
This is a great home theater in a box. I love that it has HDMI passthrough as well as a digital input. I have all my music streaming to the digital input and it sounds great on surround sound. The rear speakers are a little soft with the default setting. Turning the overall volume up makes the center speakers too loud. Turning the center speakers down and increasing the overall volume worked. Rear speakers sound good now. I would highly recommend investing in good speaker cables.
I wish that the receiver had pre-amp outputs so additional speakers could be connected to the receiver.
Samsung surround sound system.......2007-07-27
I waited a few months before posting this to make sure the system can hold up to many hours of abuse.
I have this hooked up to my direct tv box with a digital optical connection for sound and also to my PS3 with the HDMI cable. It starts to sound really nice after 4-5 hours of use. I have a small living room so the power is more than enough to shake everything. The base is a little boomy but you can just adjust it down.
Pros:
Once all the settings are adjusted properly for your room and connected equipment (took me a little over a week of playing with it) it sounds amazing.
The system looks great.
Wireless rear speakers(I purchased this separately) works flawlessly.
Upconversion of old dvd's is nice.
CD music and FM sound is great.(you'll need a better fm antenna though)
Cons:
It'll take at least a few days to figure out the perfect settings.
5 Disk changer is a little slow at loading dvds.
If you hook up direct tv through the hdmi there is a voice to video sync issue.(I hooked it up this way at first and the voice would come slightly before the picture.) And, even though there is a sync tuning feature it doesn't tune it enough to get it right. I just fixed this by using the optical cable to connect it instead of hdmi. This must be a direct tv thing though because when the HDMI is hooked up to my PS3 the voice sync is perfect.
Overall, this system is a great buy. Yes it will arrive in a partially ripped up box but everything inside will be fine. I was really worried about this at first but once I took everything out and set it up it was great. The power and clean sound can't be beat for the money. It rivals my sony dream system upstairs which I paid over $800 for.

I found this system to perform up to my specifications. I am certainly no audiophile, but feel this system offers me everything I was looking for in viewing and listening to dvds and audio cds. I use this product to handle my audio from Direct-TV. I would recommend this to anyone looking far a good system for an excellent price.
