This product is amazing! It is really fast. Worth the price. I have tried many other products for internet connectivity but their quality is really cheap (USB adapters, ...) They started to work really fast in the beginning but then eventually over the period of a month, the internet connectivity became slow. One of the USB adapter I had even broke apart. I have this product from a while, and the internet connectivity never slowed down. The internet connectivity with this adapter is way faster than the laptop built in cards. This product is worth its price and is very useful!

Don't like it compared to the Sony Ericson phones.......2007-11-21

I bought this phone after losing my sony ericson k600i. Compared to that phone I find the voice quality of the calls poor. Everything is muffled to the point where you can't hear any words with "s". Day in and day out, this is the "feature" that I need most. I would advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing this phone to go to a store and make a call from it first.

The menu system is probably fine if you are used to motorola's but it seems quirky and nonituative compared to the sony ericson series. Just the mechanics of sending a text message require you to go through more steps and button presses than the Sony's -- again people that are used to motorola probably don't care, but it doesn't have to be as tedious as it seems.

There also does not seem to be anyway to bulk load contacts via bluetooth from another device (0nly one at a time) -- you have to buy additional software at extra cost and do the bulk transfer from your PC.
If you load additional network applications such as opera, there is no default option to allow the application to always use the internet -- you have to give the app permission every time you run it unless you want to hack the phone internally.
On a more positive note the phone looks cute and camera is better than I expected. Quad band GSM is nice also -- it worked in China.

everything but exciting.......2007-09-10

This phone probably does deserve a five. But its not getting one.

It has a great camera, gets better reception than the Razr v3, and has new software that allows you to download firmware updates. The buttons are more responsive than the Razr and older Motorola's. That said it lacks flash, its just a Razr with a few improvements.

Worst Phone EVER!.......2007-08-28

I bought this phone thinking it would be a big step up from my Motorola V360 but I was very wrong. The phone is so delayed whenever you push a button and it takes about 5 seconds just to think about what its doing. Also, very poor craftmanship on this phone. I had it for a week b4 it cracked and the sad thing is, I never dropped it or anything. Just cracked when it was sitting in my cell phone holder in my car... What's up with that? So now I just paid $300 for this phone and I have to wait until I can scrounge up the $70 deductible to get a new phone from tmobile. Take my advice... Don't get this phone and if you do decide to, make sure you get phone insurance... It's been 2 weeks and I'm already using mine!

Disappointing, but still maybe best choice.......2007-08-02

I'm very disappointed in this phone for a couple of very serious usability issues - you can't tell if this phone is on or off - the outside window is really worthless. The outside glass is so shiny, whenever the backlight is off you can't see anything in the window. Do you use your phone to tell the time - too bad, can't see it. Want to see signal strength - sorry, can't see it. Want to see anything in the window in outdoor light, sorry. It really is pretty worthless.

Camera is OK, not great. Performance seems good. Features are ok, although I miss being able to program top level top keys - they are always Shortcuts and Menus.

Size is very nice, fits great in hand when calling. Keypad is really pretty good for texting. The predictive text input is better than earlier Motorola phones.

The problem is that with all the choices T-Mobile has right now, I'm not sure there is a much better phone. The RIZR has many of the same issues as the KRZR - external display pretty worthless with the backlight off. None of the Samsungs seem to get very good reviews. Nokia 6133 is ok, but seems a bit flimsy.

So, I'll live with this for the next two years, but I'll certainly miss being able to check signal and time at a quick glance.

UPDATE: I've had this phone for six months now, and I feel a little better about it. I still really hate the fact that the front screen is worthless, but the phone has held up really well, and the keyboard is pretty easy to text with. A hint: get screen protectors. This really solves the fingerprint problem you can read about in other reviews.

Nice phone with good features.......2007-07-12

A phone with all features but all of moderate quality. I mean it has music palyer, camera, etc but those are not of very good quality.

Camera : Camera tooks nice snaps but many time due to wrong position of camera and a key picture got distorted. You have take 2-3 shots to get perfect picture

Music Player : It is a basic palyer, speaker quality is also ok.

Battery Life : Very good battery life it works for 2-3 days for me. If you use media player, camera etc then also it lasts for considerable time.

Scree size : Much smaller than razer.

Overall a good phone with killer looks. Good deal those who wnat motorola but not want big and bulky phone like razer.
