Dont buy these if you like to listen to loud music........2001-01-07
These earphones are okay, but they don't have good sound quality. The ear pads on them rip or fall off all the time. They also are big and don't fit snuggly in regular sized ears. I reccomend to buy a different pair. Oh yeah, the cord isn't very long either.

These are good earphones, although the tone quality isnt as good as I would expect it to be. I recomend these earphones if you dont want to spend the extra bucks on all those high tech headphones.

The XAct XS01UK Sirius satellite radio universal kit gives you everything you need to install the XAct XTR1 plug-and-play satellite receiver (sold separately) in either your home or car. Once the kit and the tuner are combined, you'll have access to Sirius' 120 channels of satellite programming, which includes dozens of music stations along with sports, entertainment, talk, weather, and a host of other channels. Best of all, 65 of the channels are completely commercial-free.
The kit comes with a docking cradle that works in both your home and vehicle, along with a home/vehicle universal antenna with a mounting bracket. To install the cradle at home, listeners merely pull out a small thumb knob to reveal the gripping feet. Vehicle installation, meanwhile, requires use of the included adhesive tape, which securely attaches the cradle to the dashboard or windshield. Other features include a patch cord that runs between the cradle's line-level RCA audio outputs and the receiver's 3.5 mm input jack, an AC adapter for home power, and a 12-volt cigarette lighter adapter for vehicle power. The bundle comes with XAct's standard one-year warranty.

We had some issues with a lost shipment. Amazon made it good and I can now listen to Howard in my office and my home. I have been a Sirius subscriber since 12/04 just waiting. Amazon has become a good source for accesories to a receiver that is outdated already.
not road-worthy.......2005-10-09
this unit does it's job but is not road-worthy. I could tell that it was not going to lasat forever the first time I plugged my XACT unit into it. pushing the buttons on the unit or hitting bumps in your car puts pressure on the audio, antenna and power conections. The base lasted me 10 months, which is longer than I expected. I started getting cut-outs and garbled reception and plugging into a brand new base fixed the problem immediately. Since the base is the only way to power the unit or make it communicate with a stereo, I recommend finding the XACT unit with the car kit, instead of the universal kit or buying the XTR2CK, which looks like it comes with a much superior mounting device.
