Worst Headset Ever.......2007-09-18
The circular part of headset that holds the microphone falls off easily. The same piece on other side is also fragile. Since this headset goes around the back of your neck forgot about resting your head on anything. Earmuffs don't even touch your ears, they are actually like 1 inch away. The volume control is also horrible, the switch to toggle microphone can lock and unlock by itself. Just look at some of the pictures provided and you can get a better understanding of what I'm saying.

Extremely poor design .......2007-11-17
I will say that the sound coming out of these is excellent, however, since I wear headphones for hours on end, these are absolutely unacceptable. Although they are behind the head earphones, the behind the head connector is too big and heavy to stay in place (fall down to rest at the base of your neck) and you are forced to let the earcups hang on your ears. This hurts after only a couple minutes. I tried a number of options to make them work, thinking that because I am a female my head is too small, but nothing worked. Additionally, the microphone does not pick up the sound very well, and you have to shout into it. All the way around, these are very poorly designed. I have no recommendations for an alternative, other than find a separate headphone designed for home theater use (for good sound) and a microphone that you can place immediately in front of your face while at the computer, like the rocketfish digital USB mic (Model RF-USBMIC).
