With the Archos Gmini you can use Autosync with Windows Media Player 9 or 10 to easily transfer songs and playlists from your PC. It can download and play all your music files (including protected WMA PlaysforSure downloaded files).
The Double Browser is an easy-to-use music file management system that allows you to organize your files. You can delete, rename, copy, move files and even create folders directly on the Archos Gmini. You can also quickly create playlists on the go; no computer is needed thanks to the ARCHOS double browser. The browser allows for organization of songs with the Archos Arc library. You can customize your view by album, artist, genre, title and year (ID tag compatible). No specific software needed.
The Archos Gmini is compatible with Windows ME, 2000 or XP and Mac OS v. 10. 2. 4 computers with USB 2. 0 interface (it is compatible with USB 1. 1 at a lower speed). For protected WMA (PlaysForSure downloaded) files: Windows ME, 2000 or XP with Windows Media Player 9 or 10.

Wonderful MP3 player. Far better than the "defective by design" iPod series. Very Linux friendly. The Archos connected up to my Mandriva Linux system without a problem.

I bought one and because it came with really bad instructions, I crashed it the first day. I returned it and downloaded the manual from the archos web site and tried a new one. It is in fact a great little player. Easy, good sound, tiny and cute. Please, if you buy one, download the manual and read it before you try to hook it up to your computer to fill it with music. If you unplug the USB cable improperly you can kill it. Also, this unit does not come with a charger other than the computer USB cable. Not a problem, I bought a USB cable DC charger at Radio Shack.

When I purchased the Peerless LCC-18S ceiling mount kit for my 20" Sharp LCD flatscreen without being able to see it I was a bit apprehensive. Every local boxstore seemed to have wall mounts but the only way to get a ceiling mount was to order online. When it arrived, I unpacked it and checked out the hardware against the inventory. If I had any complaint it was that it took some time to sort out the screws, bolts and anchors that I didn't need. Peerless provided the mounting hardware for every conceivable configuration.
The instructions also included every configuration and were well written with figures for all the possibilities. The actual mounting hardware was first class. The parts were well machined and everything fit together. The actual assembly was not that difficult and I am one who normally goes into a cold sweat when faced with those dreaded words "Some assembly required". This product far exceeded my expectations. Due to the design, it is easy to disconnect and remove the LCD from the mount should you desire to do so. This is a fine product and I am very pleased with it. I have had it for over six months and recommend that Peerless be considered for any LCD mounting projects.
