I have had a pair of these phones for about 3 years. Recently we needed to add 2 more phones to the household so I purchased two more which are all networked with the original "master" phone. You can monitor room sounds with these, you can intercom between rooms, you can easily work with these phones. That's what I like about them. I recommend them, but you have to already have the original "master" phone in order to add these on to them.

Have owned the phone for 1.5 years. 1 of 3 handsets no longer works, others work great...except for when our microwave is on, and then the interference is unbearable, so have to ask to have microwave off while on the phone.

Check your Phone Base Capability and S/H Costs.......2007-10-15
First, the ship and handling cost were outrageous based on the total cost,weight, and value of the product. The phone I received was taken from another base set. There was no manual or instructions as to how to connect it to my base. You could call their technician. Second, I intended to add another phone to my base, not replace one. My base could not integrate another phone so I have no current use for this product. Sending it back due to restocking and S/H, the cost loss is not an option. BUYER BEWARE!!

I grabbed these cables with the impression that Monster's advertising has some truth in it. I was expecting a brighter/clearer image on my big screen that what I was getting with some $20 (other brand) cables.
Guess what. I haven't seen any improvement yet aside from the money that I am missing. I tried these cables and the THX certified monster cables with no observable effects whatsoever.
Perhaps there is a noticeble difference between these and the dinky cables included with most DVD players (but the same can be said for the $20 cables that I was using).

I have a Vizio 42" plasma that was connect to my HD DVD and H20 Directv dish via an HDMI cable. My HDMI connection broke (long story)so I had these Monster component cables lying around and I connected them. These cable don't do the job. The picture now has lots of noise and grainy and is simply not as smooth as with a Acoustic Reasearch HDMI cable.
Monster Cables are a Rip Off.......2007-09-18
I compared a Monster Cable vs one the one from Phillips which costs less than half this. And guess what, no difference. That's right. They rip you off. And what's the purpose off a gold plated connection if the rest of the signal passes through a copper cable.
It irks me see the staff at BestBuy and Circuit City pitching Monster's $75 Component Cables and $120 HDMI cables at uneducated customers. There are cheaper and equally performing cables out there. Do your research and save some of your hard earned money.
By the way, be wary of all the glowing reviews you read on amazon for this product or for others as well. Recently I have been seeing a lot of positive reviews from anonymous reviewers or reviewers with only one review to their name.
Composite Video cables make a difference.......2007-01-13
Definite difference if you are using an HDTV the DVD picture is much clearer, only wondering if HDMI is even better? Only downside is, I wish the cables were about 10ft long for more slack.
Top Quality for Analog Cables.......2006-12-15
I have good components, some of which don't have HDMI. So, I needed high quality componenet video cables. I got these, and it is hard to imagine better performance--even from HDMI. I run these cables from my DirecTV DVR to my AV Receiver. Another (longer) set runs from the Receiver to the wide-screen TV. The picture is sharp. I initially didn't get one of the connections pushed all the way onto the female end, and it didn't work. So, I pushed hard to get it on there, and it worked fine. These are tight (that's a good thing, since you don't want loose connections). Just push hard to get them on good, and they will work great.
