I bought this MP3 player to play audio books from the library I can downlowd from their site. The files download just fine but when I go to play them it just skips around randomly making it impossible to listen to the story. I tried to return it and unfortunately this is not covered under their warranty and my 30 days are up for amazon.

So far so Good. Works very well.......2006-06-16

I have a Kodak Z740 Camera. Purchased this in May and have been using this battery kit since. I have recharged atleast 7 times so far and no issues with either the charger or the battery. Works very well with my camera. The specifications may not be very realistic as it surely does not last for 200 pictures even with flash off and LCD viewer off. I would say that it performs 75% of what has been advertised. It was able to shoot around 150 pictures with both LCD and Flash off but switching on and off the camera quite a few times. The battery gets drained whenever I switch on or off the camera as the lens comes out or goes back in. I was able to shoot around 75 photos with both flash and LCD on all the time.

Piece of crap.......2006-03-30

This item didn't work straight out of the package. I had to hold and push the power cable into the charger to get it to stay on, so I sent it back to the manufacturer as the 'warranty' stated to do. This was about a month ago, and I haven't heard back from them, even after emailing them to find out the status of the repair. Total rip-off.

Great Quality with revised design!.......2005-05-26

The last review pointed out the design flaw of the "solid" connectors, but didn't meantion what a great job the cable does--it was like night and day replacing the stock component cable from my Sony DVD player with this one. We already had a monster component cable from the receiver to the tv, but figured how much worse would the stock cable be a DVD player output. When we switched cables midway through a movie (so I had witnesses) the difference was amazing. The whites were now brighter, the colors cleaner and the blacks darker. You owe your dvds a cable this nice! See the difference for yourself!

Oh and Monster must have revised the design on the connectors, since mine has 3 slits on the connector so it can grab better.

Design Defect Makes Unusable.......2004-09-18

I knew this cable was on the "economy" end of Monster's product line, but I expected it to nevertheless be a quality product due to the Monster name. The cable simply doesn't work. Because the terminals are not "split," they do not hold tight on the connections on the video component. You put them on and they just slide off. This was the case on both a new DVD player and a cable box, so it wasn't a question of the video component being out of spec. Monster should pull this off the market and fix the design defect.
