the quality of the audio sucks, while you're driving the sounds fades awfully, and even when your car is parked you have to keep low the volume because of the distorting audio.

Disappointed.......2007-09-28

I was disappointed in this transmitter. We tried to use it on a trip to listen to a book that we had downloaded onto our MP3 player, but the signal from the Belkin transmitter wasn't strong enough to overcome weak stations or stations on adjoining frequencies. We had to keep stopping the player, find a new frequency, and start again, about every 5-10 minutes. No fun at all!

I expected much better reception than what I am getting. There are very few frequnces that accepy the transmission and the ones that do get a lot of interference.

Craptacular.......2007-07-28

Sort of works on 90.1 in Austin but any other freq is worthless. Even on 90.1 it has a very poor frequency range. You'll get better quality music with an 8-track.
