It's a decent enough product but the cable ONLY charges! It provides ZERO communication between pc & ipod & only charges with the included AC adapter. Save your cash & get something else

I bought this to mount a small 12 inch tv for my workout room and was very happy with the end result. The installation was easy and all the pieces are very strong and durable. After looking at other similar(more expensive) items on amazon, I would recommend this one.
