Once in the case the click wheel has very poor response. How could it, it is completely covered by rubber? It is very strange that there are not more posts regarding this. It seems defective by design.

This is the perfect case for the ipod as having reviewed others in the Official Apple store, they didn't have any that totally covered the whole ipod. The control was always left clear which allowed dirt to enter the rest of the ipod. This case gives you a very secure feeling for your ipod not just against dirt but also bumps.
I ordered through Amazon but it was sold by TechNGnet. The transaction was fast and efficient and even living out in Hawaii, the case was with me in a few days.

I just got my first Ipod finally after all my friends had one got this case for it i must admit it is an excellent case only issue i had with it was it seems the sensitivity of the ipod pad seems different i was able to put in a n older generation ipod and the touch pad is 100% responsive but with the 80gb classic it's response dropped to like 40% i had to resolve removing the center cover and i love the case still but that is something to be advised about i will post an image of what i did still besides that grips the ipod perfectly one of those cases that can keep ur ipod looking brand new
