I hate to say this but while putting on the belt clip that goes with this RIGHT AFTER putting it on, I dropped it down a flight of stairs. I was freaked. After all the bouncing clear to marble floor it was fine. I bought one for my sons ZUNE as well. Very masculine and miltary like.
I feel like you could pull a pin and heave it. Very well made. I can use all the buttons okay through the skin. Belt loop works fine if you aren't butter fingers like me.
Rugged case with only a few shortcomings.......2007-05-28
This case is VERY durable. It supplies complete protection for your Zen. It would be perfect except that the reset button can not be accessed with the case on and the screen protector is clumsy when getting the Zen in. It is not attached to the case so you must position it correctly while trying to get the Zen in. The screen protector also seems to scratch easily. This case is worth the money though and is tougher than any I have seen. The beltclip is also a strong one that swivels freely.

I bought this because I travel a lot and did not want my Zen to get damaged. The skin is great. It provides plenty of shock cushion and even protects the window of the Zen with its own. I would have given this a 5 star rating except that with the skin on, it makes it a little difficult for people with big fingers (like mine) to access the on/off button and use the toggle. But considering the protection it offers, I can deal with its minor shortcoming
