The headphone jack, hold switch, control wheel and bottom port are accessible with the case on. While you can't put the iPod into a dock with the 2Tough case on, you can plug accessories into the bottom. The 2Tough features molded black rubber corners and edges that provide shock protection. The front door and back piece of the case are made of polycarbonate, a hard plastic. The DropGuard side bars are made of shiny metal.

I had an ipod mini that I kept dropping, and it eventually quit on me. I knew that in order to keep my new ipod alive I would need a great case. This case is amazing!!! I have dropped my new ipod a couple of times, and nothing has happened to it. It covers all angles of the ipod so no matter how it drops it will remain protected.
