I had just received my iSkin eVo3 case in the mail today and was the happiest little camper in the village. My sister has an iSkin-ed 2nd Gen. Nano and even though the Nano was literally swimming in iced tea, it still survived (Then again, the "dock port" and headphone openings were both closed with the lanyard and a pair of headphones). That is why I invested in an eVo3 case for my 30GB video.
When first "skinning" your video, you'll be able to get it in... until it comes time to put the clear screen guard on! It took me a while to finally get it the way its supposed to be (I strongly recommend using a guitar pick when coming to that step). On top of that, the hold button cover makes it hard to tell if it's on hold or not (I also DON'T recommend that you take the liberty of "surgically" removing it with an X-Acto knife)! Although the "Revo" clip IS removable, the case by itself is still somewhat bulky-looking. Lastly, while the dock port flap does do its job at keeping the dust out of your iPod, it may not work with all docks or radios with a built-in universal dock (like the iHome)
In closing, if you're tired of looking for the "best case in the world for the iPod", you won't be too disappointed with the iSkin eVo3.
New life to old IPOD.......2007-10-12
This is the best IPOD case that I've come across so far. It provides complete protection and looks great. The only thing buyers should be aware of is that it affects your soundjack input which can be frustrating at times. Other then that I highly recommend this product.
Nicest iPod case around............2007-09-27
I've tried several cases for my 30gb iPod and this is the nicest. It integrates well with the controls etc. In fact, people ask if I have some special version of the iPod because it looks like part of the iPod itself. Someone put a lot of thought into the design and it shows. Definitely a winner!

The product is nice. The only problem I found was that out of the box it was pretty...dirty, it somehow had some lint on it already and it also had white marks which I got off (From the inside), also on the Visor there is a tiny smudge which I can't take off. Other than that it seems alright. The 'thin membrane' above the clickwheel actually is a bit thicker than I thought, but it works nonetheless, I just have to get used to it. The hold/lock switch is very hard to use, I have a 5.5 Generation iPod Video, and it could be that they designed the case before it came out (In other words, for the original iPod Video) and the hold switch is misaligned.
Other than that, my iPod now feels a lot more protected and I think it was a good investment.

Great case, but has a few tears after one year.......2007-12-02
I've had an evo3 case for my 30GB iPod for a little over a year now, and despite my extremely gentle treatment of the iPod, the case has developed some tears. It has a hole in the thin silicone over the hold button, which tore the one and only time I used the hold switch. The flap for covering the plug at the bottom of the ipod has also begun tearing at both sides of its edges. Also, some dirt has managed to get in under the clickwheel and screen plastic, but it is minimal.
I'll probably end up replacing the case with yet another evo3, however, since the case is fantastic otherwise. I even like the clip and use it regularly!
Best Ipod Cover, by far!!.......2007-11-15
This is the fourth IPOD cover I've tried and is by far the best. Fits very snugly, which keeps the overall size about the same. The screen cover is tough yet very clear, actually looks better through the cover hen without. Easy to use the circle buttons through the cover. Only complaint is it's hard to click the hold switch over, but with the cover on you probably won't get as many accidental button pushes. Highly reccomended.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is amazing. The first thing I did when I took it out of the box was read the instructions. That is extremely important. I removed the belt clip, I figured it would break off. It was very easy to remove. The thing that says DO NOT REMOVE doesn't apply to the clip, it applies to the sticky thing on it. You'll know what I mean when you get it. I bought this specifically because I got the iHome. I don't have to take it out of the case to put it in and the iHome isn't broken. No dust gets in either, it's awesome.
I give it a 4.99998 because the dock protector has to be rolled back inside the case to put it in the iHome but otherwise it's awesome! (It's only a .00002 of a star con)

Great iPod Case.......2007-07-26
The iSkin has served me very well so far. It looks cool, and it keeps my iPod very well protected. The click wheel works normally through the skin. I only have two minor problems with it. The first thing is that the hold slider is a little tricky to move while in the case. It takes a little while to get used to. My second difficulty with this product is existent while using a 3.5MM Plug To Rca/video Cable with the iPod. The 3.5MM plug does not stay all the way in most of the time, meaning the video on a TV can become very jittery. Typically when I use this cable, I just pull over that section of the skin and insert the plug directly.
Overall, this is still a great product. I recommend it. It's much better than the multitude of other iPod skins I've seen.
