Made for iPod
Charge your iPod while listening to your favorite tunes. The Sabre features a universal iPod dock, along with six different docking inserts. Connect the device to your computer via FireWire/USB for data synchronization--iTunes will recognize your iPod automatically.
The Sabre supports the following iPods: iPod video (30 GB, 60 GB, 80 GB); iPod nano (1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB); iPod nano 2nd generation (2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB); iPod photo; iPod mini (4 GB, 6 GB); iPod with dock connector (10 GB, 15 GB, 20 GB, 30 GB, 40 GB, 60 GB only).
Almost Too Easy
The Sabre is a breeze to use. Connect the supplied power adapter to the back of the Sabre and the appropriate power outlet. Place the docking insert--corresponding with your iPod--in the Sabre, and dock your iPod. Switch the Sabre on, and a power indicator in the on/off button will light up. The Sabre is now ready for use: Just select the desired music on your iPod, and press play.

Connectivity
Sometimes you need a little more. The Sabre features a stereo line-in connection for iPod shuffles or other auxiliary audio devices, such as CD or MP3 players. Connecting an auxiliary device to the Sabre will override the sound from a connected iPod. The Sabre also features a stereo line-out connection for your home stereo. Finally, it boasts an S-video output for watching clips from your video-enabled iPod on your television. All cables are included, so you're ready to go out of the box.

A high-value, high-performance center channel designed primarily for use with other Reference Series loudspeakers, the RC-25 center channel speaker provides exceptional clarity and neutrality that make it a great choice for any home theater system. Because of its high power-handling capability and unusually high sensitivity, the RC-25 can sustain significantly higher output than most conventional center speakers--an important consideration, since the center channel typically carries about 60 percent of the total energy in a surround movie soundtrack.
The speaker's horizontally oriented cabinet fits easily on top of most direct-view and rear-projection television sets. And front porting allows it to be installed in a cabinet or flush against a wall without loss of sound quality. An adjustable foot enables the RC-25 to tilt up or down for aiming into the listening area.
It delivers precise, subtle and exhilarating sounds through dual 5.25-inch woofers and a 1-inch tweeter that has a light titanium-dome diaphragm and a high-energy, video-shielded Neodymium magnet. The tweeter is coupled to a 5-inch square Tractrix horn that boosts the driver's already high sensitivity while minimizing room interactions that cause loss of sonic detail. Flanking the tweeter are twin 5.25-inch polymer frame, Cerametallic cone woofers configured in a tapered array. With tapered-array, the two Cerametallic woofers work together to deliver high impact bass with one driver transitioning out at the mid-range frequencies. This provides more consistent coverage across the listening field, less tonal error and improved dialogue intelligibility.
It has a sleek and stylish look thanks to its black wood grain vinyl veneer and new sculpted low-diffraction baffle with an integrated horn. It also has magnetically attached grilles, which are easier to handle and more durable. Amplifier connections are via two pairs of binding posts, which are strapped together for normal wiring. Removing the straps allows the speaker to be bi-wired.

I buy these to record an hour long radio program on each side without a dead spot. After about 15 years I've found the Maxell's and TDK's about equal and I buy them in bulk from whoever has a good deal. They do the job.
