Awsome but bit 2 small for my arm.......2007-01-24
My sister had this and let me have it since it was to big for her.
But it fits great if u have a decent size arm problem but my arm is bit to big for it , But when i have it on,it only fits on the 2nd to last Velcro Dot.
But once i got it on,it feels great for working out even when im doing bicep curls.
Though i wish the screen wasnt exposed like it is a top cover woulda been nice.
And yes the price is a little outrageous.
Red Armband for iPod Nano.......2007-01-15
For the ladies, this arm band tends to slip down the biceps if you don't have muscular guns like a man....
useful accessory.......2007-01-10
I use this armband in my cycling class and daily gym workouts. Because it was made by Apple, it fits my Nano perfectly. However, I think it was overpriced for what it is.
Love It.......2007-01-04
Before I bought this armband, I did a ton of research. One of the main reason was the price - I didn't like the idea of spending so much on an armband. Yeah it's pricey but it does a great job. It does not protect the screen; however, I bought a slick skin that does the job. The slick skin doesn't add any thickness to the iPod so it slides easily in and out of the armband. Many armbands don't offer this feature and since I listen to quite a few podcasts I need to be able to sync my iPod regularly.
The armband fits nicely on my arm; although, I can see how it may be too small for some or not quite fit right on others. The armband does a great job of holding my iPod in place (unlike the armband I had with my previous MP3 player). Plus, it's very lightweight - I hardly notice it's there.
I have no issues using the wheel even though it is protected by the armband.
If you sweat a lot then the armband will start to smell but that's true of any armband. The armband for my old MP3 player smelled rank and my GPS armband is just as bad.
Great armband!.......2006-10-30
I think this armband has worked great for me for the last year. The colors that they offer are awesome, the armband feels great on your arm (it does not feel or look cheap as other reviewers are saying), there are various size adjustments that can be made for different arm sizes, the armband does not slide up and down the arm/it is secure, the buttons are easily accessible when on your arm.
I have just two cons to this armband. There is no cover to protect the screen and it is a bit pricey compared to some other armband options.
However, even with the two cons I still think it was a great buy.

Pretty sharp.. great for Sony the 60 inch A2000.. very wide.......2006-10-04
Excellent quality, fiarly easy to put together. I got this at CC for a $199 bargin sale price and it is perfect for the 60 inch Sony A2000 projection. Would be great for a silver flat panel too. It is about the widest stand I have ever seen to be sure you have room. It is plenty strong. The only caveat I have is the fairly small hieght of the second shelf and the top shelf is only average height so if you have any really tall equipment.. like the Sony 400 disk multichangers... you are out of luck. With this table, the A2000 and all silver components/speakers the whole system looks very sharp.

Amazon.com Product Description
The Lenovo Thinkpad T60 (2623D6U) delivers a sturdy design, a complete range of network connectivity, top-shelf performance, and a long battery life for business professionals on the move. It's powered by Intel's new, groundbreaking processor--the powerful Core Duo T2400--which provides an optimized, multithreaded architecture for improved gaming and multitasking performance and a more efficient power consumption. The dual execution core T2400 has a 1.83 GHz processor speed, lightning quick 667 MHz system bus, and 2 MB L2 cache. It also features a bright 14.1-inch LCD, 80 GB hard drive, 512 MB of installed RAM (3 GB maximum), multi-format DVD burner, tri-mode wireless connectivity, Bluetooth capability, ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 video/graphics card with 64 MB of video memory, and Windows XP Professional edition operating system.
The Basics
- Hard Drive: The 80 GB hard drive is becoming average in size for notebook PCs, and it's roomy enough to store business productivity applications, all your important documents and presentations, and a good-sized digital audio and video library. But it offers a faster-than-normal speed of 5400 RPM, and this Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive quickens the pace even further with a higher speed transfer of data--akin to FireWire and USB 2.0.
- Processor: The Intel Core Duo T2400 processor is built with the Mobile Intel 945PM Express chipset, and it has a 1.83 GHz processor speed, super-fast 667 MHz front-side bus (FSB), and large 2 MB L2 cache. (An L2, or secondary, cache temporarily stores data; and a larger L2 cache can help speed up your system's performance. The FSB carries data between the CPU and RAM, and a faster front-side bus will deliver better overall performance.)
The Intel Core Duo processor has two computational execution cores in a single processor, providing greater system response when running multi-threaded applications simultaneously with no significant increase in power consumption. It's optimized for multitasking and is ready to support the next version of Microsoft Windows, code-named Vista. It can simultaneously run multiple demanding applications--such as graphics-intensive games or serious number-crunching business productivity applications--while downloading music or running virus-scanning security programs in the background. It's more efficient, thanks to Intel's Power Coordination and Deeper Sleep, which help to transfer power only to those areas of the processor that need it. It also features Intel's Digital Media Boost, which delivers enhanced performance on floating point-intensive applications such as CAD tools, 3-D and 2-D modeling, video editing, digital music, digital photography and gaming.
- Memory: The 512 MB of built-in memory (PC5300, DDR2 SDRAM, 1 x 512 MB) offers a top-of-class 667 MHz speed. It has two memory slots, enabling you to add a maximum of 3 GB to handle immersive 3D video games, video editing, graphics-intensive presentations, and multiple open business productivity applications. Also, to receive the benefits of the dual-channel DDR2 RAM, any RAM additions require memory modules of same capacity and clockspeed.
- CD/DVD Drive: The DVD burner/reader is compatible with writing data to DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD-RAM, and CD-R/RW discs.
- Keyboard & Mouse: This notebook has a standard 85-key keyboard and electro-static two-button touchpad.
Screen, Graphics, and Sound
The 14.1-inch WXGA LCD has a resolution of 1400 x 1050 pixels--perfect for watching movies in their intended 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. Video is powered by the ATI Radeon Xpress X1300 with 64 MB of video RAM, which delivers stable and reliable visual power for business and communications applications, demanding 3-D games, and the coming Windows Vista operating system. It also has an integrated audio card with Microsoft DirectSound and Sound Blaster Pro compatibility.
Connectivity and Expansion Slots
This notebook has an integrated tri-mode Intel 3945ABG wireless LAN, which is compatible with 802.11b/g networks (commonly found in home routers and wi-fi hotspots) as well as 802.11a networks (which has a higher throughput, but more limited range--great for closed office environments). And with the Bluetooth wireless connectivity, you can synchronize and transfer files between the PC and peripherals such as cell phones and PDAs. You get a basic offering of connectivity options:
- 3 USB 2.0 ports for connecting a wide range of peripherals--from digital cameras to MP3 players
- 1 VGA monitor port
- 1 PCMCIA (or PC Card) slot (Type II, PCMCIA R2.01, PC Card16, CardBus)
- 1 headphone jack, 1 microphone jack
It also has an integrated 56K modem (V.90) and an RJ-45 LAN network port (for a 10/100 Ethernet connection to networks and DSL/cable modems).
Preloaded System and Software
This system comes with the Windows XP Professional Edition (which adds Microsoft's IIS Web server, back-up and recovery utilities, Remote Desktop, and other enhanced business features) with Service Pack 2 featuring Advanced Security Technologies, which helps to reduce unwanted downloads and pop-ups while surfing the Web. It also comes preloaded with PC Doctor, and Symantec Client Security 3.0.
Dimensions and Weight
This notebook measures 13 x 1.2 x 10.6 inches (WxHxD) and weighs 5.12 pounds.
Power
The included rechargable lithium-ion battery provides up to 2 hours of battery life (depending on usage).
What's in the Box
This package contains the Lenovo Thinkpad T60 (2623D6U) convertible notebook PC, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, AC adapter, and operating instructions. It is backed by a one-year limited hardware warranty.

Very Slow Processing Speed | Battery Never Reaches 100%.......2007-08-27
I think that Lenovo formally IBM is mass producing their IBM ThinkPad laptops at such a high rate that the end product is very, very poor quality.
The T60 is suppose to be a high performance machine. Additionally, I added an additional 4 gig of memory. However, the machine is extremly slow!
The battery never reaches 100% capacity. However, the laptop is never unplugged.
Tonight, I've begin having problems with the keyboard. I have to press some keys several times before the letters reflect onto the screen.
I've only had the laptop for 2 months!
And finally, I am experiencing "high" intrusive attacks from various parts of China. Initially, I was puzzled why the attacks were coming from China because I don't know anyone in China. The intrusive attacks occur at least 10 times a day.
Finally, today I realized that Lenovo is based in China. Also, when the laptop shipped via UPS I was able to track the delivery online. The laptop originated in China.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the IBM ThinkPad.
The machine is garbage!
I could have done better at Office Depot!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (LENOVO).......2007-06-20
POOR Customer service. You will be waiting for hours to talk to a rep. Its not that great performance. The body is not that stable looks like it can beak any time.
If you get any trouble with your laptop. don't think it will get fixed.
Rygged and reliable as advertised.......2007-01-05
I've had my T-60 for about 6 months now and it's still going strong. This thing has easily traveled more than 100k miles with me. I've dropped it a number of times, it has gone through dozens of airport scanner from Europe to Asia and back to the US.
I won't mention all the things that the previous reviewer already said but will add something to both Good and Bad sections;
Additional good:
- the keyboard light works wonders on a plane when everyone else is asleep
Additional bad:
- I've played Civilization III and it works well, but Civ IV barely runs on it. Even after putting the latest patch, I keep on receiving the message that the machine does not meet recommended configuration for the game. And I have 1.5gb of RAM!
Overall this is a great piece of work. I bought this on sale at Office Depot for under $1,000 and it's worth every penny. However for those of you who travel a lot, I would recommend the smaller, lighter X60 that I have purchased for 2 of my staff. They swear by those machines.
Great laptop.......2006-08-16
I bought a T60 as a replacement for my Thinkpad T40. I did not go wrong with my decision. Even though IBM sold its PC unit division to Lenovo, the Thinkpad still has the same durable "feel" as the older Thinkpads.
The Good:
- fast processor (uses a Core Duo)
- durable construction
- DVD writer allows me to backup a lot of stuff
- can turn WiFi on/off with a switch
- good software utilities which I use primarily to backup the harddisk and set power options
- finger-print scanner makes it easy to logon to Windows
- great laptop keyboard (the T60 now has the Windows keys that I find really helpful as I use Windows shortcut keys a lot)
The Bad:
- I could not think of any so far
For Linux fans, I've installed Ubuntu Dapper 6.06 on it and other than having to manually install the WiFi driver and the graphics card driver, everything I use worked. Since it has a decent (non integrated) graphics card, I've been able to see all the XGL + compiz eyecandy.
For those who love gaming - I've played Half Life 2 and Day of Defeat: Source on it with good framerates. I've also played Battle for Middle Earth II on it although there were some slowdowns when a lot of stuff was being animated on screen.
Overall, a great laptop - a bit pricy than those other brands but well worth the price. I use the laptop for programming work and the occasional gaming and it does not disappoint.
* If you buy this item, consider getting a Port Replicator (if you need to use a parallel or serial port) and an extra 512MB of memory
