The Platinum Level PRO Reference series is the first interconnect to use LC-OFC (Linear Crystal Oxygen-Free Copper) a similar process to the PC-OCC. Each conductor bundle in the reference interconnect is wrapped in a PVC jacket. These conductor bundles (30 Strand each LC-OFC) are then geometrically arranged geometrically arranged in aspiral " Twisted Pair" to increase common Mode Rejection. Additionally, it contains an independent twisted drain wire and 100% mylar foil shield which are terminated to ground at its source end of the cable to provide maximum RFI rejection and noise immunity.

Slightly different look than picture.......2007-02-18
The adapter was functionally perfect. The actual one received is looks slightly different than in the picture though. The blackness of the adapter is slightly darker than the Cannon Powershot S3 camera, but not that noticeable. There is also an abrupt lip on the end of the adapter to expand its size for the lens/filter, not the gradual expansion shown in the picture. Those aesthetic issues aside, it was fine.
