Discgear Selector Makes DVD Selection/Storage Simple.......2007-01-07
We love the Discgear Selector because it saves storage space and makes locating the DVD we want to view quick and easy. We can also tell from a quick review of the listing which DVD's we have, without having to sort through all the little plastic boxes the DVD's came in.

Good cheap camera.......2007-11-28
I am quite pleased with this camera. I am currently serving in Baghdad and this is the 3rd camera I've had since I've been here (desert/war conditions are not conducive to tech products). My other 2 (a HP and a Nikon) were both pretty pricey and I wasn't ready to shell out another $250 for a camera that only needed to last me the last month and a half of my deployment.
This camera has a chargable battery which is awesome!! Batteries are expensive and hard to come by sometimes over here. Also, the battery lasts a pretty long time. It did die on me once, and naturally at an inconvenient time (is there any other time batteries die??) but it's because I was filming video and in between filimg, I just left it on (probably close to an hour) and it died out (this was after many photos being taken as well).
The shots come out clear and the display window is really big. The camera is a little sensitive to movement. I have gotten a *couple* of blurry photos, but it is because I am used to being able to move and shoot with my other camera; as long as you are standing still when you take the photo you should be fine.
My only complaint is that there is no zoom (or if there is, I haven't figured it out, I hate reading manuals haha). Other than that, great camera for the money!
Small and powerful.......2007-02-20
I purchased this camera just because I wanted to be able to upload my pictures to the computer. I still have not figured out everything, but what I have done so far is spectacular. This camera is perfect for anyone who does not know everything about a digital camera, but enough to get them by. It is also compact and can fit almost anywhere. The quality of the picture is perfect. Definitely a must have for a beginner.
Defective.......2007-01-19
I bought this camera as an amateur photographer thinking that to get started I could get a cheaper camera than the usual on the market and still have at least somewhat high quality results.
I must say it was nothing like I expected. The screen on the camera is very slow and lags very often, options set permanently and if you forget what you have done you must reset all options (there are quite a few), the color photos were slightly grainy and had odd lighting, the only perk was that the black and whites had automatic contrast. Not only was it completely different than I had wanted but the camera I was sold was also defective, after only a day of owning it I plugged it in to the wall to charge the battery (which wasn't even fully dead) and in the morning when I went to turn it on because it said it was done charging the camera, I slid open the front and the screen did not turn on, no lights went on, and the camera continued to just plain not respond.
I looked at my warranty and if I had bought it straight from the company I would've been charged for shipping it back AND charged for the repair.
Luckily amazon was there and didn't charge me anything and gave me a full refund.
I highly recommend that you go just fifty dollars higher for a better market, these cameras were built to 'flood the market' and it's very obvious.
Very very pleased..........2007-01-07
We bought an inexpensive camera for our daughter for Christmas but it was such poor quality, really bad, that we took it back. After searching high and low, we saw this one which had all the features still at a good price.
We LOVE it! Well, my daughter loves it but so do I. It doesn't use disposable batteries and it has all the main features she will need. It's small and looks pretty durable in design and comes with software. It's easy to use and the pictures look GREAT.
Very pleased!
Great for beginners.......2006-12-13
I wanted to buy a digital camera that was easy to use and make nice pictures as wel as inside and outside. I can say that this camera did it all. It is so easy to use, pictures are very good. I had only wish the lcd screen was a little bigger. Other than that, it is a great camera for beginners.

For photographing the moon, planets, or terrestrial objects, connect your 35mm SLR camera to a telescope using the Meade 64ST T-Adapter. This connection rigidly couples your camera to the telescope's optical system, which in effect becomes the camera's lens.
Customer Reviews:
The Comments are Largely Offbase.......2007-08-02
Just a little research into how this works shows that this is a two-piece system. First, something to attach to your particular model of telescope and then something to attach that piece to your particular brand of camera. Such low ratings based upon not understanding this are unjustified.
What you need to take pictures with your 35mm SLR camera..........2002-11-02
I know I was really confused on what I would need to do this. But I figured it out so I thought that I would let you all know! First of all you need to get the correct T-ADAPTER for your telescope (For the ETX-60AT & 70AT the #64ST, for the ETX-90 and higher you need the #64) That is part that actually atteches to the telescope. Then you need a T-RING that fits your specific 35mm SLR removeable-lens camera. You should be able to get a T-RING at any camera reseller store, for around [..].
The only other thing that Meade suggests is using a cable-operated shutter release cord. You should be able to get this on Amazon, through your camera manufacuar or an autorized camera reseller. I have not yet recieved my #64ST adapatr and T-Ring, I will write a review after i try them out!
Wait before you buy.......2002-03-09
You need two adapters for this to work on your Camera and your telescope. This is the adapter that fits the telescope. You need another one for you camera for it to work.
Not Correct.......2002-01-16
for the ETX90EC or ETX125EC telescopes. You need a T-mount adapter for YOUR camera body and the Meade 07363 #64 T-Adapter(for ETX). Better do your research before purchasing from this site.
Cheap, but better than ever.......2000-08-27
Meade 64ST, T-Adapter is a good quality telescope at a very good price. It is very accesible, even for people with not so much money. You can use it for fun, or work. You can discover many interesting things that happen on the night sky very easy. You must be proud of you if you bought it. Now, you know you made a good investment.
