Product Description
The CyberPower CP800AVR UPS is the ideal unit for basic to mid-level computer systems. The 800AVR not only guards against surges, spikes, sags, and brownouts, but also protects your computer system and valuable data during a power outage. The Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) monitors incoming AC power and regulates output to a smooth, consistent 120 volts. This model also has full dataline protection: RJ11/RJ45 (phone, fax, Ethernet, network, DSL) and RG-6 coax (DSS, cable modem, satellite, cable TV). PowerPanel PE Power Management supplements the backup/surge protection by monitoring the vitals of the UPS and safely shutting down your system in case of a power outage. The standalone designs allows for vertical, horizontal, or wall mount. "Surge-Only" outlets are perfect for the addition of peripherals such as monitors, printers, scanners, iPods, or CD/DVD players.

Wish it was like the unit I just replaced.......2007-03-29
The only reason why I bought a new unit was because I upgraded my computer & the new computer setup does not have a serial port therefore I could not communicate between the unit & the computer. I had a heck of a time installing the software; kept going through the install process. Furthermore I believe the unit I replaced not only had longer backup time; the power panel menu was nicer. It is the same one on their 825AVR. Also the first one would announce when it was connected. It was a Power Plus Unit; this one I believe is called the personal edition. I guess it will do, as power interruptions are not that frequent so far.
Item non-functioning.......2007-03-20
I received this item in a state of disrepair. It does not work. Thank you.
I wish I'd bought it at Amazon.......2006-11-08
I live in an area with horrendous power problems: constant brownouts, frequent blackouts, and regular power surges. For people in this area a quality UPS is a must, and the CP800AVR has served me well enough since I bought it that I bought a 685VA/390W USwith Avr for my parents. My only complaint is that I bought them both at a major electronics chain for what I later discovered to be at the top of the price range, my bad. To make a long story short, I not only would buy this product again, for all practictical purposes, I did. Just make sure you charge the battery for at least 16 hours before you use it for maximum performance.
Last, when I first bought this item I noticed that there was no USB cable, then I noticed that there was no Mac compatibility symbol on the box. Just to make sure I repackaged the item and returned it for one that claimed Mac compatability. In the end it turned out that Mac compatibility isn't an issue, the 800VA works fine with my Mac even without driver software; however, the UPS that claimed Mac compatibility came with a USB cable. Was this an oversight or do Mac users get the cable for free? (I'm not using a one of the new Intel Macs either, its an older Apple iMac G5 Desktop with 17" M9843LL/A (1.8 GHz PowerPC G5, 512 MB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, DVD/CD-RW Drive).)
Great UPS for the $, but..........2006-07-06
I'm pretty happy with this UPS. This is my 3rd one and this is by far the largest. I use it for a single desktop, with a tone of accessories around it, not just the PC. It worked great right out of the box, but the only complaint I would have is the duration of the battery is far less than expected. The software that comes with it is nice at it will indicate the current load and the estimated run time. Base on that, with a ~25% load, I only get ~11 minutes worth of run time which is far less than what they advertize...
Still gets the job done for the occational power glitch.
UPS CyberPower 800VA/450W.......2006-02-25
The main reason for purchase of this product was based number of outlets, price and stated performance. Having 8 outlets was a must - 4 battery backup outlets, 2 of which were transformer sized outlets. The one complaint that I would have is more room between plugs, especially for transformers. I have a HP printer with a Power plug that is so big that it does not allow for another transformer to fit in the space next to it, I blame this on HP for a bad design. One good benefit is that this unit does not have an audible alarm when power is lost, which in my case is a good thing since my last one would chime away when power was lost which freaked out my dogs- if they add this feature in the future I would request that the alarm could be turned off if not desired.

Worth the money.......2002-10-29
This case has a nice leathery feel for the same price as the nylon one. It also does a good job from overheating in my car which is very important to maintaining the life of CDs. Good product.

Small lightweight camera.......2007-06-01
This camera takes good pictures for being so compact. A little difficult at the begining to take a picture, but after I followed the instructions it was a snap.
NOT WORTH IT.......2007-01-16
PICTURE QUALITY FOR A 3 MEGAPIXEL CAMERA IS VERY DISAPPOINTING! THE ONLY GOOD THING IS ITS SMALL SIZE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAMERA FOR ANYTHING BUT A CHILDS TOY AND AT THE SELLING PRICE IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THAT.
Don't bother.......2006-11-24
Extremely low quality pics. Short battery life. Not worth spending any money on.
I got this camera for free thank goodness. Now I am just trying to find a way to get rid of it.
Pretty Good.......2006-09-01
I got this camera back in 2003 and I loved it..i would take it everywhere...but then no too long ago it just stopd working and i really dont know what was wrong w it..but hey for a first time slim camera is not bad @ all..
This camera sucks.........2006-06-07
I bought this camera while I was vacationing in NYC, as a small, compact way of preserving memories. I figured I could carry it around more easily than a standard digital camera. Like everyone said, it wouldn't stay charged for very long, and you can tell it's cheap. I didn't read the part about it only being Windows compatible, and my Mac says it can read RAW images like the camera creates, but it won't connect with my Mac. It always says that there are no pictures. Even when I take the memory card out and put it into a memory card reader on my HP printer, it says that there are no pictures. I would highly discourage anyone from even considering buying this product.
