Lined with smooth 400 Denier nylon pack cloth for a smooth appearance and to further protect the foam from wear and tear of sharp contents.

I was shopping around for a decent CHEAP camera, and found this one.
The auto light settings are perfect for most environments. The flash is almost useless because it's maximum range is 4.9 feet, yet the focus on this camera is good only for objects just over 4 feet away (further is better). The manual says the focus is good from 2 feet, but that's not realistic.
It's small and light-weight, and doesn't eat batteries for breakfast. The pictures taken were definitely better than those taken by $50 and sub-$50 cameras (by a long shot), but about half the quality of a camera costing about twice as much.
That is the sweet spot of this camera. It is a good, cheap camera. You get exactly what you have paid for. If you have used any of the really cheap cameras, this camera will exceed your expectations. If you are used to using $200 digital cameras, you will be disappointed, but what do you expect?

I thoguht this little camera was going to be great for the price but i was wrong. This camera can shoot a picture straight as you see it in the little view window because when i uploaded the picture the object i captured was to the right of the pic when i snapped a photo looking straight at it dead center of the view. so for the price you pay it's nothing but junk

My kids faces lit up when they saw they had their very own cameras!! It was a great moment. Not 8 hours later they were filled with tears when their cameras no longer worked. One was broken. The other just lived up to the poor quality of the camera: It only works in bright, bright lights or in sunlight. No flash. No nighttime, inside the house with all the lights on pictures. It stinks!!!!
Lousy Blurry pictures.......2005-10-19
Even on Hi-res settings pictures are blurry with no detail. ONly good for trying to claim lochness or bigfoot sightings as any picture taken is so blurry as to fuzz out whatever person is taking picture of. Definitely PASS on this item.

First of all I understand that a digital camera under 30 dollars is not going to give you high quality pics. I assure you this camera indeed does not take very good pics, the pics are somewhat blurry, not crisp at all. I bought a cheapo camera attachment for my pda a while back that took pictures of simalar quality.
Although this camera might be usefull for taking pics of items youre putting on Ebay or maybe of houses if youre a real estate agent and don't need big quality pics, you can do better. There are cameras out there the size of a credit card that takes pics that are no worse than the ones this one takes. Shop around for a smaller camera if picture quality is not of tremendous importance.

purchased because I wanted small digital camera to take pictures of things I take apart to fix. Never expected camera to take such clear pictures. I took a picture out of my truck window as i was driving and picture came out awesome. Color reproduction is extremely good and software that came with the camera is many times better than my more expensive larger digital camera. Highly recommended as a take everywhere pocket digital camera. especially like the auto-shut off to save battery life.Easiest download to computer I ever used. Way better than the price would suggest.
