Great idea, poor execution.......2007-06-23
I bought this sling bag based on the fact that it was designed in consultation with Herbert Keppler, a Popular Photography columnist (the article can be found on the website). As Keppler stepped through the design process with the Adorama people, I found myself agreeing with all the suggestions he made.
Good design = good product, right? Not necessarily. Execution can spoil the party.
Don't get me wrong--it's not that the quality of the bag is bad. It isn't; the bag is of decent quality. It's just that the details were not so well thought out when actually manufacturing the bag.
For instance, the side pockets on the bag are too small to hold any kind of water bottle that I've ever seen. The waist belt on the bag sits so low (as also pointed out by blueforest) that the bag tips forward when only the belt is worn. You have to use both belt and shoulder strap even when you intend to put most of the weight on your waist.
The sling bag design means that the weight is unevenly distributed across your shoulders. If worn only by the sling (shoulder) strap, the bag predictably bounces around when (say) hiking. Not a shortcoming peculiar to this bag (common to all shoulder/sling bags), but something to keep in mind.
The waist belt is an approximately 1.5-2" thick nylon strap. If you hang a pouch (specialized ones are available from Adorama) with a water bottle or lens from the belt, it crumples up and sags. Not a major issue, but definitely an irritant.
The sling design of the bag is definitely a good thing, but the top flap should have opened away from the body, not towards it.
over-stated and not very functional.......2007-01-07
I bought this bag because of the advertised capability to be used either as shoulder bag or a waist pack. It doesn't wear well either way. The belt for the waist pack is close to the bottom of the bag, so it feels like the bag is going to topple over when wearing in this position. When you wear it as a shoulder bag and you swing the bag to the front to retrieve your gear, the bag is tilted to the outside because of extra wide shoulder belt on the back side of the bag. Would you like to place your camera in an un-even bag? Plus, I don't see how it could be worn as a backpack. I am keeping the bag only to avoid the hassle of returning it to Adorama, wish I didn't buy it in the first place. This was supposedly designed by a professional photographer.....

Excellent bag.......2007-01-21
Excellent bag, compact yet has a great capacity.
Used this bag on a 3 week international trip that involved, planes, trains and automobiles. I used it both in cities and remote rugged terrain
I carried the Canon EOS 5D with external grip and a 24-70 2.8 lens attached (hood reversed). In addition, it had room for a 70-200 2.8 IS lens, 580 EX, Wolverine ESP 100 GB, various chargers, extra batteries, flash cards with holder, manuals, and various usb and audio cables. This is all in a compact bag.
I took this bag for hikes, off roading in open jeeps, where it was exposed to lots of vibration and dust. Inspite of all this my equipment had not a scratch on it.
For travel on airlines, I put this loaded bag into a slightly larger rolling back pack. This is possible because the pro slinger is relatively compact. This took the load of my shoulder while walking in airports and made it look less conspicous. This set up fitted easily into an overhead bin.
Highly recommended.

Great bag.......2007-01-11
If you have more than 1 camera or a lot of accessories, this is the perfect bag. It's a bit larger than I had wanted, but the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. I have two different Canon cameras with different lenses and I can stack them in the velcro compartments while keeping them protected.

Simple, easy to use digital camera.......2007-06-27
Using the 3 MP, I am getting better pictures than I do with my Canon and Fuji cameras. The menu is easy to use. I don't care for the flash time delay so I just turn the flash off and I still get good pictures. This is an easy to use point and shoot camera. The price is excellent (I've seen ads >$100). I have no major complaints. I added a 512 MB memory card which I can use to email pictures.
Not enough Memory.......2007-06-01
I like the camera, it works nicely, does what I want it to. The only thing is it only holds 6 pictures w/out a seperate memory chip. :(

I bought this because a few weeks ago a friend of mine had this exact same camera. I waited until this weekend to buy it....even though it came with double a batteries, I think I should've been warned about how fast it would drain out. Even though I didn't do alot with it, the batteries still ran out in 1 day. Overall I love it! First digital camera I've own.

Better than good.......2007-04-30
I've had a few digital cameras now, nothing too pricey, but now I know what I want and this i533 was just about perfect. Pictbridge is a super feature that I never use but like having. I like the A/V cable that lets me watch my pics and video on TV or other video player and the 2.5" screen is awesome. You definitely know if you got the shot you wanted and overall the operation of this camera is simple, one of my favorite features. Of course it drains batteries but I knew that so the feature I wish the i533 had was a connection for power so I could use a power adapter to view or edit pics without draining my batteries or even to snap pics indoors. And of course the price was right so instead of a 9, I give it a 9.5.

I recommend this scope with out reservation. The quality is first rate. Perhaps the most telling thing I can pass on is that when at the range, and I let guys with scopes that cost 3 to 5 times as much look thru my scope, they do not believe the price. It compares that favorably to much more expensive scopes. I really like the modified #4a reticule. It is easy to see, pulls your eye to center and is easy to acquire the target. The free floating center dot works very well for both target shooting and hunting. The illumination only lights the dot, so in low light it does not obscure the target, but still allows you eye to see where you are precisely aiming. It's a good looking scope too. Again at the range I get a lot of guys who see it, like the looks, and start asking me questions about it. I have purchased two other Muellers in different configurations, and they get the same attention.
