Pretty fair.......2007-08-24
This gadget does, what it was desined for, besides this Hub last around a year...pretty fair for me
After 1 year, one port doesn't work.......2007-02-12
My unit gets hot, but not that bad. After about 1 year, one of the ports stop working for no explainable reason. If it weren't for that I would have rated this unit higher given it's functionality and price.
Actually 3 out of 4 ports now don't work...(about two months after I posted this review originally)
OK, but no cigar........2007-02-10
I was pleased when I got this hub at its size and design, since I needed to do some foreign travel. It seemed a good deal at $11. It ran rather hot from the beginning, but as the customer service man told me this was typical. However, after about eight months of use, it stopped being able to recognize anything but my mouse, including my external keyboard. I expect that this item really requires the optional external power adapter in order to run even a keyboard, but (1) that is not convenient for travel, and (2) at a hefty $17 plus shipping, the adapter cost dwarfs that of the hub itself. I ordered another model hub that, though a little more expensive, runs cool and well with multiple devices, even without an adapeter, and in any case includes as adapter with its price. I would not recommend this hub to anyone who had more than occasional use of multiple devices.
An inefficient space heater.......2007-01-16
USB hubs are supposed to make our lives simpler. This one will probably make your life more complex. It will initially do this by overheating. This is bad for two reasons. First, if you're attracted to such a micro-sized device, you're probably planning to use it with a laptop. All that heat is energy being sucked out of your laptop's battery, reducing the time you'll be able to play freecell while waiting at the airport terminal. The other reason overheating is bad is that it will quit working.
After a year of on-and-off use, my Iogear GUH275 4-Port Hi-Speed USB 2.0 MicroHub still works perfectly...for heating the surface under it. But it is unable to connect my keyboard and mouse to my computer. Today it went into the trash. Anybody know where I can find a good USB space heater?
Great price, but like the others, I got what I paid for........2007-01-14
I was quite satisfied with this inexpensive hub, but like other reviewers, mine has failed even though it's just been used on my desk connected to a wireless keyboard receiver and a mini-USB cable for my mp3 players/camera. I think it lasted for a little over 1 year.
So, now I too am buying a replacement.

How many pictures will it store?.......2004-11-06
How many pictures will it store? It is the most commonly asked question from digital camera enthusiast but usually the question that is the most difficult to get a straight answer about. Well, considering I worked in the memory industry for over 7 years I can help clarify this perplexing question and do so unbiased as I have since changed industries.
The Delkin Devices 1GB CompactFlach Card, like most 1000MB cards, will store on average 1137 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 853 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 512 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 409 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 320 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.
One last thing to consider when buying a 1000MB card. Do not necessarily choose the least expensive card available. A 1000MB card should be an investment. You need to consider quality, reliability, and speed with a card of this capacity. Worse case scenario would be you taking this card (and only this card) on vacation with you overseas and for some reason it gets corrupted. Then what do you do? Purchasing a high capacity card changes the game a little, just be mindful of that before you hit the buy button.
I truly hope this review was helpful to you in determining whether this card is the right capacity for your specific needs.

Great, but doesnt last.......2007-05-08
The Thumbdrive is great. Used it for about a year before the plastic guard broke from removing it over and over from my keys. I would definatly go with a new Corsair thumbdrive now.
handy, recognized by every machine I try, used for 3+ years.......2007-02-11
I've used a Lexor jumpdrive for over 3 years. It is used in many different machines and many versions of Windows (several at home, at work, at multiple school buildings, friends machines, etc) with NO problems with recognition (the tech support for the building I was in last week broke into HUGE smile when she saw what brand jumpdrive I wanted to use in those machines. She said she's had trouble with various jumpdrives but never with this one.
It's been a sturdy drive, in and out of the rubber holder very often. The holder is on my keyring and has been dropped on the floor, the ground, into the snow with no problems.
When I get one for my son when he leaves for college this is the only one I'm considering.
Not worth the money.......2007-01-17
I bought this jump drive as a christmas present for someone and the first time she went to go use it it snapped right in her hand. It is very cheaply made and not worth the money. It's a good thing she didn't already have files on there because they would have been lost. I would not recommend this item.
cool but fragile.......2007-01-12
drive has a nice design in terms of how it tucks into the rubber sleeve. makes it very easy to use the drive without having to attach your entire keychain to the computer.
on the downside, it broke after a couple months of regular use--the plastic casing is just not that strong.
great product.......2007-01-04
I guess as jump drives go, this one serves the purpose it was intened to serve.
