While this is a very good product, iot like all Monster products is about 40% over priced. Thee are cheaper solutions with a lower price tag. Received quickly.

I bought this when I upgraded to a HDTV and surround sound. I've been using it over a year now without any problems. Every socket is being used without any glitches. If you need a lot of sockets and a reliable, well made power strip, this is the one to buy. It's pretty cheap as well making it a great deal!

For the price, you can't beat this product. It gives you good protection against power surges and is a decent power filter. A relatively small investment to protect your valued home theatre components.

I have been using this powercenter for over a year and it works well. What I like best is that I don't notice any loss of signal quality when using the Coax filter. I have noticed this with other coax filters. The color coded and labelled outlets also are handy when moving/adding equipment. This way you know exactly what you are unplugging. A couple things I didn't like about the powercenter is that it is only rated at 15amps (~1800 watts). So if you have a 20amp circuit for your hometheater you are not able to draw all the power you could. This is probably not a big deal unless you have a lot of equipment and are running it all from the powercenter. Another item to watch for it that the coax input/output connectors have a tendency to loosen up. Then when I move the powercenter my sub woofer thumps loudly. Like it is shorting out internally. This is easy fixed or avoided by tightening the coax fittings. Lastly this unit will not take care of ground loop hums that can occur from improperly grounded cable feeds.

Crap - Ruined it in Vista.......2007-11-26

I used this ONCE in Vista and it seemed to work fine. Then plugged it in the second time and it stated that multiple drive letters were being used and that it detected multiple devices. So, I downloaded the update files from Sandisk and it WIPED the entire drive and turned it into a 1MB flash drive.

I am a computer genius (I'm not flaunting that) and I tried everything from U3 hacks, separate ISO's etc. etc. (read up on that if you wish) and nothing worked.

It's going back.

Not compatible with Vista? sheesh...catch up Sandisk

As someone already commented, this isn't the fastest drive out there (the Titanium model is faster), but you pay a lot more for that. I'm okay with this one as is.

I have a pretty extensive flash drive collection from various makers at this point, including an old 64 meg flash ROM that still works; 128M, 256M, and 512M Flash ROMS; a 2 gig SD ROM; and several 1 gig and 2 gig Mini Cruzers.

The great thing is that all of them are still working after having been plugged into a number of different computer, using both the old USB multi-readers and the newer computers with their "media centers" that accommodate all the most popular external memory chips. And some of the older RAM drives are four or five years old at this point.

Overall, I find these one of the best computer innovations of the last decade. I can store approximately 20 years of personal files, miscellaneous papers, research papers, my technical articles, correspondence, or whatever on one 512M chip, so the 2 and 4 gig are ridiculously big for me.

I did a lot of travelling in the last year for the first time in many years, and have about 2000 digital photos using medium to medium-high resolution and granularity on the camera, they all fit on two 4-gig gig Mini Cruzers.

I also like the way the USB connector slides out. It eliminates the need for the cap, which often gets lost.

Overall, these are a great labor saving storage device for all but the biggest collections of miscellaneous files, and very convenient to store and use. I also recommend to pick up a few of the little storage wallets, which are only about 10 bucks each to store your ever-growing collection of them.

Good Quality, Reasonable price.......2007-02-06

I have only had this product for about a month, but so far it has been good. Great amount of memory for the price. I have owned 2 other (smaller capacity) SanDisk USB drives and they definitely know how to put them together.

The only complaint I have is about the lanyard. I carry mine EVERYWHERE with me, so I put it around my neck. The way the lanyard strings and the looping part on the USB drive work together is bothersome. I had to get creative in looping it thru and making it work, but I finally got it there. If you don't use your USB drive in this way, then this is a non-issue. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this product.

Does Not Deserve the name .......2007-02-06

I have owned and programmed many SanDisk Cruzer MICRO drives and they work wonderfully. With that experience in mind, I ordered 10 4gb Cruzer Mini's for a customer. First impression is that they are much lighter than the Micro. When I plugged them in, they operated fine, but the real test of a USB flash drive is during installation and use of flash drive based applications.

I absolutely ADORES PortableApps Suite ([...]) because it's a menu based system that contains an incredible wealth of free, open source applications inside a menu-based system.

On cheap generic drives, installation does not work. Sad to say, the same is true of the Mini.

As stated, my Sandisk Micro works like a champ and I've dealt with many of them, but none of the 10 Sandisk Mini's work with this menu/application system.

Truly the sign of a cheap drive. Fortunately the seller where I bought these also is having problems and has agreed to take them back.

I got lucky, but Sandisk should be ashamed to tarnish their (otherwise) good name with this incredibly bad product.

Great Product.......2007-01-22

I have had a 32mb jumpdrive for over 3 years now and I have never needed anything bigger. That was until I got this one. 4GB!! Now I carry it everywhere. Im a computer Tech and this is the best way I can carry my software with me. You can boot from the thing if you want. It has enough space to run Windows XP. Very fast and easy!
