I bought these banana plug for the price and well-known brand from Belkin.
I found these plug are really easy to install, in fact it only took a couple minute to do this. Banana plug itself are much better than regular connection, plus these plug are 24 carat gold plated....nice.
Just one thing to warn you. The package comes with allen wrench with special hexagonal head. It was really tiny, I did not see it when I opened the package and luckily, I found it stuck to the manual paper (maybe that's the original place). Make sure you don't lose this since I've checked my tool box and none fit these plug.
Overall, these are very high quality banana plug with good price.

All you need are wire strippers.
As anyone doing a home theater knows, you have to replace the crappy stock cable. I did that and in turn, with my 5.1 setup, I needed 4 sets of bannana plugs and 3 sets of pins. These jacks go on pretty easily. You unscrew the rubber "shoulder," unscrew the tip, and put a stripped cable in. You then tighten the connector onto the cable w/ an included hex wrench. (I have 7 of these things now...) Anyways they go on easy and then you screw them back together, just MAKE SURE you put the shoulder on before you attach the wire. I assembled this late at night and forgot one and had to redo it, no big deal though, just lost 1" of cable. I would also reccomend the belkin pureAV 16 gauge speaker cable. I got it in white and it has two insulated wires inside. One has red insulation, one white. Made things really simple.
A good product, just make sure you don't over/under tighten the connections.

I bought a flash drive pen product from PNY August 2004. It worked fine for a about 6 months then the drive fried and I lost everything on it. The pen portion had a 30 day warranty and the drive has a one year warranty. I checked out PNY's website, they sent me a RMA return form, label, etc... with instructions to send the "defective" part, and a copy of the invoice, so I sent them exactly what they asked for. They returned the item back to me stating that I hadn't sent the entire item[without contacting me even though I gave them 3 phone numbers]. I'd just sent the drive, not the pen portion [since that was a separate warranty item and they only stated to send the defective part]. So, I resent it and included the pen portion [postage twice now, return receipt as they recommend, of about $10]. I have now received an email stating they are sending it back "again" not stating why in the email, but that an explanation will be provided with the product return. No telephone numbers have been included in anything for me to talk to a live person. What a run around.
My advice is: Do NOT buy a PNY product unless you think it will make it through the warranty period and you won't ever need customer service. There are plenty of manufacturers with better product AND good customer service.
