These are my favorite of the Pro Duo series.
With more than adequate capacity and a very quick load time, they are really the best value.
The 4GB version obviously offers better storage but, currently, the high-speed version of that size is much more expensive and, the standard version is a bit slow to load.
For good storage, a quick load and a low price this is the way to go.

This memory is stick is very fast when it come to transfering files such as pictures and music. I recommend it over Sony's standard 4gb memory stick. I too have the 4gb chip, and the transfer on that is very, very slow.

I got this for my K750i and worked great for a yea....until I dropped the phone with the card in it...the phone works great...can't say the same for the card. It broke inside the phone and had to shake it to get the bits out. I noticed the plastic they used was flimsy compared to the original 64mb that came with the phone. Oh well...just be careful with it.
Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo works great.......2007-06-10
Purchased this for my new Sony Cyber Shot DSC T100 camera and it works great. Not sure if the High Speed helps any over the regular speed. Can't seem to find any technical information on the fastest transfer rate for the T100 camera. Purchased mine from (...) (a long-time camera mail order store with a good reputation) when it was on special in May-2006 for about (...) (full retail package). This one runs at 10MB/sec; San Disk now has an Ultra edition which runs at 18MB/sec. Again, not sure whether devices can take advantage of that speed. Gets only 4 stars because it's hard to LOVE a stick of memory.

I purchased this card for my Sony VAIO VGN-SZ480, basically to use it for Windows Vista's ReadyBoost feature. It works perfect and despite what Microsoft states, I seem to notice a reduction in RAM usage of about 10% from the mid 40s to the mid 30s with a 2 GHz chip and 2 GB of RAM. Yes VISTA needs lots of speed and lots of memory (RAM and HDD).
